I'm having trouble with my account. Who can I contact?

If you are having any type of issue with your HUTiQ account, the easiest way is to use the preferred contacts methods on the right side of this page.

Briefly describe your issue to one of our administrators and they will be more than happy to look into the problem.

I accidently signed up with my email address as my username. Can this be changed?

Of course. We recognize some people accidently registered using their email address as a username.

Because of this, we have created a specific channel in our Discord server to process these requests. Simply provide your current and new username, and one our administrators will handle your request.

There is a card missing from the site. Can I add them?

As of this moment, the site only supports card entry by administrators. We are in the process of creating a feature that will allow the community to add their own cards, but it is still a work in progress.

However, we do accomodate personal requests that may be necessary for your team. Send us a message on Twitter and we'll add the card at our earliest convenience.

Where can I report site bugs or card errors such as incorrect synergies or statistics?

The quickest and most efficient way to reach us regarding site errors or card inaccuracies is via our Twitter account. We also have designated channels in our Discord server to handle these requests.

  • If you are reporting a site error, a short description of the issue along with how the error came about will go a long way in helping us solve the problem.
  • If you are reporting a card inaccuracy, please provide the card version and any adjustments that need to be made. In the very near future, we will have a feature to report card inaccuracies directly from the website.
Why was my card review removed from the site?

If your review is too short or doesn't provide enough information, it will be subject to removal.

Any review that contains offensive language, hate speech, profanity or any other derogatory term will be permanently removed. The user who posted the review will also be subject to disciplinary action or have their account removed entirely depending on the severity.

Is coin selling allowed on HUTIQ?

No, we do not condone coin selling in any way shape or form as it is against EA Sports' Terms of Service (ToS).

Engaging in coin selling on any of HUTIQ's related platforms will result in permanent removal and the user will be subject to futhur action.

How do I make a Gold/Icon Collectible?

The quickest and most effective way to make a Gold/Icon Collectible(s) is by trading in 50 gold players within the Upgrade Sets.

Gold/Icon Collectibles can also be pulled via packs, or by trading in Event Collectibles during an ongoing event.

What are Prices Ranges when listing a card on the Auction House?

Prices Ranges are a brand new feature introduced into NHL 21. Similar to the FIFA Series, every tradable asset will have a minimum and maximum price value that they can be sold for on the Auction House.

The Price Range will be directly linked to the overall value of the card, so higher overall cards will have higher price ranges.

The market Price Ranges will be continuously monitored and may change based on supply and demand.

What are the different types of Master Icons?

There are three different tiers of Master Icon players available at Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. These three tiers will also have different overall ranges compared to the regular Icon items.

The overall ranges for the Master Icon tiers are as follows:

  • Bronze: 84-89 Overall
  • Silver: 89-94 Overall
  • Gold: 94-99 Overall

As of this moment, only Bronze Master Icons are available through packs and sets. Silver and Gold items will be available later throughout the year.
